These terms apply to every order placed on precisionpharmacy.ae, operated by Precision Pharmacy in the United Arab Emirates. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders
An order is confirmed once you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order, in full or in part, if a product is unavailable, a price was displayed incorrectly, or our pharmacist cannot approve the supply of a medicine. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund the amount in full.
Prescription medicines
Prescription-only medicines are supplied only against a valid prescription issued by a licensed UAE practitioner and reviewed by our pharmacist. We may contact you or your doctor to verify a prescription, and we may refuse to supply where the prescription is invalid, incomplete or unsafe. Please keep the original prescription; our courier may ask to see it on delivery.
Health information
Product descriptions are for general information and do not replace advice from your doctor or pharmacist. Always read the label and leaflet, and speak to a pharmacist if you are unsure whether a product is right for you.
Prices and payment
Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is currently by cash on delivery; please have the exact amount ready.
Delivery
We deliver within the UAE. Delivery charges and times are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Someone aged 18 or over must receive the order.
Returns and refunds
Please see our Refund & Returns Policy. For safety reasons, medicines and opened health products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for the accuracy of the information you give us, including your delivery address and phone number.
Privacy
We handle your personal and health information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE consumer protection law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for an order is limited to the value of that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
