We deliver to addresses across the United Arab Emirates.
Delivery charges
- Orders of AED 150 or more: free delivery.
- Orders under AED 150: AED 15 delivery charge (including VAT).
The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.
Delivery times
Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 working days of confirmation. Orders that contain prescription medicines are dispatched once our pharmacist has verified the prescription. We will contact you if an item is delayed or unavailable.
Receiving your order
- Please make sure your phone number is correct; our courier will call before delivery.
- Someone aged 18 or over must receive the order. For prescription medicines, the courier may ask to see the original prescription and Emirates ID.
- For cash on delivery, please have the exact amount ready.
Failed deliveries
If we cannot reach you after two attempts, the order is returned to the pharmacy and we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order on arrival and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged, missing or incorrect. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
